Mr. Falkmer is the Director of Governance and Public Affairs of Samhall, a Swedish state-owned company assigned to provide meaningful and developing work for people with disabilities. With more than 26,000 employees in 500 cities, Samhall is one of the world’s largest employers of people with disabilities.

Albin has experience of combatting social exclusion from several positions in both the public and the private sector. He has previously served as the Chief of Staff of the Swedish Ministry for Employment and as Political Adviser to the Minister for Employment. He has also served in the Swedish parliament as an adviser on rehabilitation, social insurances and pension policies. Albin is also a stand-in member (judge) of the Swedish Labour Court.
